Method. Total sugars per 100 g from the verified dataset. Bars are eaten by the bar, and a bar is small: most weigh 20 to 45 g. The arithmetic is worth doing once: a 30 g bar at 25 g of sugar per 100 g carries about 7.5 g, nearly two teaspoons. Multiply any figure below by the bar weight over 100 to get the per-bar number.
